Payment - All online-orders go through Etsy for now. Payment is accepted through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, ... etc.

 

Refund - If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order postmarked within 14 days of delivery for a refund excluding the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with original packaging.

Since we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable mail service. Please allow 2 weeks processing time, we will email you once your return is completed.

Shipping - All delivery times are listed with every item. Please allow up to 2 weeks for all orders to ship from the time payment is received, custom orders may take longer, contact me for specifics. We always ship with Registered Mail by Bpost, tracking information will be provided.
